Who we are

Staty (“we”, “us”) operates staty.io, a platform for managing sports leagues, tournaments, registrations, schedules, and statistics. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information — name and email address when you create an account.
• League and registration data — team names, player names, rosters, contact details, game results, and statistics that organizers and participants enter to run their leagues.
• Payment information — registration payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep records of payment amounts and status.
• Usage data — standard web logs and, where enabled, aggregate analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it

• To provide and operate the service.
• To send transactional email — registration confirmations, payment receipts, waitlist notifications, and similar service messages.
• To respond to support requests.
• To improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information.

Public league pages

League organizers can publish public pages showing schedules, standings, rosters, and statistics. Information displayed there (e.g. team and player names, game results) is controlled by the organizer of your league — contact them, or us, if you'd like something removed.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run Staty (payment processing by Stripe, cloud hosting, email delivery), when required by law, or with your direction.

Data retention & your rights

We retain league data so organizers keep their history across seasons. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us; we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Youth leagues may include minors' names on rosters entered by their organizers, parents, or guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Parents or guardians can ask an organizer or us to remove a child's information.
